How do I log in and out?

Click on the “My Account” link in the main menu bar. You will see the last option on the right  to “log in” and “log out.”

How do I register?

Click on the Registration link in the main menu. It will walk you through the steps to register and purchase the course.

How do I return to the course?

There are several ways to resume your online course.

  1. Look for the green rectangle on the home page that says “resume course.” Click on it. We have placed two of the buttons: one on the right and one at the bottom of the page.
  2. Look in the drop down menu under “About Courses” for the Ticket Removal Access button. Click on that and then click on the Resume Course button.
  3. Look at the bottom of each page in the footer. You will see a link “Ticket Removal Access.” Click on that you will see the green rectangle button to “Resume Course.”

How do I know if I am eligible to take this course?

Eligibility Factors

The information you provide must be correct and truthful. Students that are found to be ineligible by fault of the student will receive No Refund and the ticket will NOT BE dismissed:

  • The ticket / citation was issued in the state of Arizona.
  • Provide Government issued identification.
  • You will be able to complete this class at least 7 days prior to your court date.
  • You did NOT attend a defensive driving course for a violation issued within the last 12 months.
  • You do NOT hold a commercial driver’s license/CDL.
  • You were given an “eligible” traffic violation that didn’t involve a serious injury or death.
  • The citation/ticket is in your name (photo radar tickets must be in your name and you must be the person in the photo).
  • The course requires a computer, tablet, phone or another device with a full web browser and internet connection.
  • Citations received while driving vehicles requiring a CDL are not eligible.

How do I get my certificate of completion?

When you have completed all Lessons and Topics you will then take the Final Exam. Once you have successfully passed the exam (score of 80% or higher) you will see a link to Print your Certification of Completion.

How do I pay for the course?

We accept online credit card payments and use the secure processing of Authorize.net to collect your fees.

What does it take to pass the course?

A passing score of 80% or better on the Final Exam.

How does the court know I took this course?

Upon successful completion of the course, we contact the court and document your successful completion so they will remove your ticket/citation from hour record.

Why is my fee different from other people I know you have taken this course?

Every traffic court sets its own fee. Different counties and courts have different fees.

How secure is the information I give you?

All your information is confidential. We do not share you information with anyone other than the court in verify your identity. All are information is held on secure serves and our site is secured by SiteLock.

What is required to pass this course?

Completion of all online materials which takes about 4 hours and successful passing of final exam with a score of 80% or higher.

What happens if I fail the final exam?

You are given two attempts to pass the Final Exam. If you fail on both attempts, you must take the course again.

How is my test graded?

Test are automatically graded by the LearnDash system. Student must get a passing score of 80% or higher and if not, they are instructed to retake the final exam. They have two times to pass the course before being required to retake the entire online course.

Can I get a refund after I purchase the course and change my mind?

Refund Policy
The Processing Fee is non-refundable after three days. If you do not start the course, all court fees are fully refundable. Once you begin the course, all fees are non-refundable. If you have not started the course, the course fee and processing fee are non-refundable after 3 days. The court diversion, state fees and state surcharge shall be refunded when:

  • A student pre-pays for a defensive driving course, does not begin the course and does not contact the school to reschedule for a future course. The school shall refund the court diversion fee, state fee and state surcharge 30 days after the scheduled defensive driving course date or upon notification from the student the student will not attend a course, whichever is first;
  • An officer fails to file a citation with a court and the cited person attends a defensive driving course for that citation. Upon notification by the jurisdictional court, we (the school) shall notify division staff a refund is requested. Upon written approval by division staff, the school shall refund the court diversion, state fee and state surcharge to the student; or
  • A citation is dismissed by a jurisdictional court on its own motion, for technical problems not correctable under civil traffic rules of court.

There are no refunds of school, court fee, state fee or state surcharge if you fail the test (do not obtain a passing grade of 80% or higher) or do not complete the class. You have NOT completed the course until you have taken and passed the course. If you fail the final exam on the first attempt, you can retake the exam one more time at no additional cost. The online class must be completed no later than 7 days prior to your court date.

What are the "Acceptance of Terms?"

By you proceeding with this course registration, you are declaring that you have read and meet the following Eligibility Requirements:

  • The ticket / citation was issued in the state of Arizona.

Refund Policy

What is the penalty for fraud?

Individual is disqualified from taking the course and may be subject to prosecution.

FRAUD POLICY

Fraud is a criminal offense punishable by imprisonment in the Arizona State Prison. Any person suspected of obtaining or assisting another to obtain goods and services to include a Defensive Driving Program for the diversion of a Civil Traffic Violation under fraudulent circumstances shall be referred to the local court of jurisdiction with a report forwarded to the Arizona Supreme Court.

Further, the information will be reported to law enforcement authorities for investigation and prosecution under Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 13.

How will maintenance functions be performed?

All maintenance on the site will be performed after 10pm Arizona time and outages for repairs will not exceed 24  hours when possible.
